INSTRUCTIONS
For Tea
1) Pour 8oz boiling water over Tea bag (steep up to three times with this method)
2) Steep 6 minutes or more
3) Enjoy
Strong Tea
1) Place one bag in pot with 12oz water (steep one time with this method)
2) Bring to a boil
3) Simmer until 6oz remain
4) Enjoy
For Soup/Bone Broth
Simmer 2-3 bags in 8 cups liquid for 30 minutes or more.
